Welcome to TrendCollab.com, a creator marketplace operated by KGBAIS DIGITAL SERVICES PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our platform, including all associated services ("Services"). By signing up or using TrendCollab.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or entity, you must have authorization to do so.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

3. Marketplace Services

Talent (Creators): Can list their services, showcase their portfolio, and connect with businesses.

Businesses/Brands: Can browse creator profiles, hire talent, and purchase credits to access contact details.

We only facilitate connections between talent and businesses; we do not guarantee project completion or payment security.

4. Payments & Fees

Talent may be required to purchase subscription packages to access premium features.

Businesses must purchase credits to unlock contact details of creators.

All payments are processed through our authorized payment gateways.

No refunds will be issued for used services unless required by law.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

You may not post any content that violates copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.

We have the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Provide false or misleading information.

Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment disputes.

Spam, harass, or exploit other users.

Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

Attempt to bypass our marketplace fees.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Talent and Businesses should be resolved among themselves.

We are not responsible for any disputes but may assist in mediation at our discretion.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or policies.

Users can request account deletion at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused services.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
